Each chakra has an associated frequency vibration, and each time you listen to this particular frequency the corresponding chakra is stimulated to promote healing in that area.

Solar Plexus Chakra, Yellow - Chant sound is Ah - Circulation problems, ulcers, nervous dysfunction, mental exhaustion, agitated depression, intestinal disorders, and liver dysfunctions. 4. Heart Chakra, Green - Chant sound is A - Stroke, angina, arthritis, blood pressure problems, heart palpations. 5. Throat Chakra, Blue - Chant sound is I - Thyroid issues, flu, respiratory problems, fevers, throat infections, and rheumatism. 6. Third Eye Chakra, Indigo - Chant sound is E - Sinus problems, insomnia, headaches. 7. Crown Chakra, Violet - Chant sound is higher E - Nervous tension, migraines, hyper activity, creative exhaustion.
